When will I receive my items?
All products are processed and shipped directly from our facility within 3 to 7 business days of purchase. Once shipped, standard delivery times apply depending on your location. You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.

At this time, PayPal and Prepaid Gift Cards are not accepted.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, only ships within the United States. International shipping will be added in the future.

Order Mistakes (Wrong Item, Size, or Address)
If you realize an error in your order (wrong product, size, or shipping address), please contact us immediately.
If production or shipment has not yet begun, we can make the necessary changes. However, once production starts, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition. Please contact Support@cakulos.com for return authorization.
For exchanges, please email us — a $20 restocking fee may apply.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable,” we will reship it to you at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to our error, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
If replacement stock is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or receive a full refund.
Damage After Washing
Please follow the care instructions included with your product. Improper washing may cause damage not covered by warranty. If you believe your product is defective, contact Support@cakulos.com
Incorrect Product Received
If we shipped the wrong item, please email Support@cakulos.com with your order number and description. We will cover all return and replacement shipping costs immediately.
