Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders only within the United States.

Production Time: Orders are processed within 3–4 business days during regular periods. Please allow extra time during peak or holiday seasons.

Estimated Delivery: Domestic delivery usually takes 12–22 days, depending on location and seasonal demand.

Shipping Rate:
A flat fee of $4.99 per product applies to all U.S. orders. The highest shipping rate will be applied once to the entire order.

We do our best to meet all shipping timelines, but occasional delays may occur due to carrier or seasonal issues.

Order Changes:
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you wish to return a product, please start the return process after receiving your package.

Item Not Received:
If your order shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue persists, email us at Support@cakulos.com — our team will assist you as best as possible.
